Food Service and Retail Concessions
In 2013, the Charleston County Aviation Authority awarded the primary food service concession contract at Charleston International Airport to award-winning Delaware North Travel Hospitality Services. Delaware North, under a joint venture with a qualified Airport Concessions Disadvantage Business Enterprise, built and operates nine dining locations throughout the airport.  These include several prominent local restaurant concepts as well as national brands including:

Caviar and Bananas (2 venues)
Charleston Beer Works
DeSano’s Pizza Bakery
Harvest & Grounds (2 venues)
Jack Nicklaus Bar & Grill
Samuel Adams Brewhouse
Burger King

Another airport concession industry leader, Hudson Group, operates eight retail outlets in the terminal that include recognized local and national brands:
Hudson Store (3 venues; one with the Dunkin’ Donuts and Saffron Bakery brands)
Low Country Harley-Davidson
Tech on the Go
Eddie Bauer
Veranda News
