Parking information

Effective Nov. 1, 2016, daily rates for parking at CHS will change.
The new rates will be:

  • Surface Lot – $10 a day
  • Valet Parking – $21 a day
  • Seasonal Remote Parking – $10 a day
  • Handicap parking – 48 hours (2 days) free then prevailing rates of the surface lot or parking deck apply.

Current rates are as follows:

Surface lot
Each ½ hour or fraction thereof - $1
Daily maximum per 24 hours - $8
Lost ticket fee (min. per day) - $8
Parking deck
Each ½ hour or fraction thereof - $1
Daily maximum per 24 hours - $15
Lost ticket fee (min. per day) - $15

Valet parking
$18 a day

Handicap parking
CHS currently provides free handicap parking to qualified parking patrons. To qualify for free parking, present a valid handicap placard and driver's license, both of which must be issued by the same state, to the cashier at the time of exit. Patrons will be asked to sign a short form before exiting without making payment. See rate changes above that are effective Nov. 1.

Oversize vehicles
Oversize vehicles are not permitted to park in the Parking Deck or Surface Lot. Please call 843-767-7026 for assistance for oversize vehicle parking.

Commuting flight crews
Commercial airline flight crews who reside in Berkeley, Dorchester and Charleston counties are eligible for discounted parking rates in the airport Surface Lot. Airline Commuting Employee (ACE) rates are $3 per 24-hour period. Click on the ACE link below for a list of rules and regulations and application. Applications should be returned to Ground Transportation Services.
