Arriving passengers to encounter temporary detour | Monday, December 19, 2016

Passengers arriving at Charleston International Airport beginning Tuesday will notice a new detour even though the terminal redevelopment is complete. CHS is installing automated doors in the exit lane that separates the secure side of the airport from the public side. This is the area that arriving passengers pass through on their way to baggage claim or rental car pickup.

Delaware North, a global hospitality and food service company, today formally celebrated the opening of three new restaurant and retail outlets at Charleston International Airport (CHS). Jack Nicklaus Golden Bear Grill, a restaurant designed by the golf legend, Caviar & Bananas, a southern-style gourmet market, and Harvest & Grounds, a coffee and retail kiosk, all opened during the summer as part of the airport’s ongoing Terminal Redevelopment and Improvement Program (TRIP).
