When traveling one of the most important things to know is where the airport restrooms are, right?
With construction taking place in every corner of Charleston International Airport, we understand that getting around can be confusing. As our terminal improvement progresses, walkways change, things move. But the good news is that all the old restrooms have been replaced with new ones in the airport.
New restrooms on Concourse A are now open. At the bottom of the concourse walkway, take a right into the new hallway. If you get to the boarding lounge you went too far.
Two new restrooms are now open on Concourse B. The first is located in the boarding area adjacent to DeSano Pizza Bakery. The other is at the top of the concourse walkway across from the Sam Adams bar.
The restroom at the top of Concourse B is the last one before baggage claim. Passengers should be aware that the restrooms in baggage claim are closed for construction. If you have to go, stop at the top of Concourse B – before you pass through the TSA exit lane. There’s no turning back. If you leave the secure side of the airport, you will have to walk to the brand new Ticketing Hall via a detour outside the terminal.
