  • October 2012 – Groundbreaking.
  • December 2012 – Terminal apron expansion begins.
  • February 2013 – Rental Car Pavilion construction starts.
  • June 2013 – Construction begins on a new Central Energy Plant.
  • August 2013 – Baggage claim renovation and expansion begins.
  • September 2013 – Construction begins on Concourse B extension.
  • October 2013 – Apron expansion is completed.
  • October 2013 – Construction begins on the consolidated security checkpoint.
  • January 2014 – Construction begins in the Ticketing Hall and the Central Hall.
  • March 2014 – The new Rental Car Pavilion opens.
  • May 2014 – Delaware North Companies takes over food and beverage hospitality service.
  • July 2014 – The Central Hall dome is lifted atop the terminal. Topping Out.
  • September 2014 – Utility systems upgrade completed.
  • October 2014 – Construction begins on the Concourse A renovation.
  • October 2014 – Central Energy plant opens.
  • April 2015 – Concourse B extension and Consolidated TSA security checkpoint open.
  • May 2015 – Veranda News, Low Country Harley-Davidson and DeSano Pizza Bakery open.
  • July 2015 – Harvest & Grounds opens landside.
  • October 2015 – Renovation in the Ticket Hall is completed.
  • October 2015– Concourse B is completed.
  • November 2015 – Hudson opens first renovated newsstand.
  • February 2016 – First phase of Concourse A renovation is completed.
  • April 2016 – Central Hall renovated is completed and second Hudson newsstand opens on Concourse B.
  • April 2016 – Concourse A is opened.
  • July 2016 – Eddie Bauer, Tech on the Go, Harvest & Grounds, Caviar and Bananas and Burger King open airside.
  • September 2016 – The Jack Nickolas Golden Bear Grill opens
